20.02.2008 - Der Kampf der Homosexuellen in Deutschland um Anerkennung und Rechte ist eng verbunden mit dem Paragrafen 175 des Strafgesetzbuchs. Diese aus dem Jahre 1872 stammende Rechtsvorschrift verbot jede homosexuelle Handlung zwischen Männern unter Androhung einer Gefängnisstrafe oder Aberkennung der bürgerlichen Ehrenrechte, worunter zum Beispiel das Wahlrecht fiel.
